On Fridays we celebrate the good things, big and small, that happened during the week. Here's what we're cheering about this week:
- No snow!-Yay! We're so excited that there was no snow this week.
- My car stays outside and it finally doesn't look like an igloo anymore.
- I'm enjoying my new volunteer job.
- A news release is out about Tails of Sweetbrier's award: It you'd like to check it out, you can find it here: http://ow.ly/u03i

We were under a threat of snow for yesterday morning. Yay for us it didn't hit. Now we are under the gun this weekend. Ugh, hurry up, spring!!

Thank you for stopping by, Elsie. Yes, I agree, where is Spring? We are supposed to get more snow next week, but we can hope it goes somewhere else. Happy weekend.
ReplyDeleteStill cold in eastern Washington and snow is on the ground. But the robins have arrived, a sure sign of spring. ~sigh~
ReplyDeleteSo happy that the robins are at your house, Sharon. They're not brave enough to show up here yet. They might have heard it's supposed to snow next week! Thank you for visiting and have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteGlad you're enjoying your new volunteer job, and that there was no snow this week.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Laura, we are supposed to get a storm on Sunday and Monday, but at least we had a quiet week this week. Have a great weekend and thanks for visiting.
ReplyDeleteNow see, we are celebrating just the opposite. CA is now getting some snow. You'd think the weather planner would do a better job of distribution, wouldn't you? :-)
ReplyDeleteYes, I think they should do a better job, C. Lee. They should reroute the snow to the people who want it or need it. One of our sons was in CA for a while. The weather there was beautiful when he was there.
ReplyDeleteLOL I was celebrating my car not looking like an igloo too this week. Good description of how it was!
ReplyDeleteSo glad we celebrated together, Julie. Now my car, Sapphire is her name, will be going back to her former self with the snowstorm that's coming this weekend. Have a great weekend and thanks for visiting.
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you're enjoying the new job and yay for no more snow!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Caffe, so nice of you to stop by. Spring is on the way, but I think it's making lots of stops before settling in here. Happy weekend.
ReplyDeleteHurrah to enjoying the new job and no snow!
ReplyDeleteWe will do that, VikLit. I hope you're enjoying the weekend as well. Thanks for visiting.
DeleteAny week with no snow is a good one to me!
ReplyDeleteSo true, Kate, we're really happy that we missed the snow they predicted for last weekend, too! Thank you for stopping by. Best wishes.
