- Decide it's a new beginning. Suppose 2025 wasn't a great year for you. Here are some suggestions that may help you to have a better 2026:
- Consider January a new beginning. Make a list of goals, even small things that you'd like to accomplish such as; finish household projects, declutter your house, donate outgrown clothes to charity.
- Even small steps can help you build confidence to tackle bigger things you'd like to do.
