Today I'm celebrating....
- It's Friday again so it's time to celebrate!
- This week I'm celebrating having posted 2 interviews with amazing authors, Carla Burke and Anna Tshekeche! I hope you'll check out their comments.
- Margaret, our little MG car, managed to take a long trip without any attacks of sleepiness! She does have to work very hard not to take a power nap at stop lights, though. We're very proud of her for starting a new trend. My husband had a chat with her and told her no sleeping on the job. She's only allowed to sleep in her room, the garage.
- It's almost Father's Day and my boys have an absolutely incredible dad. We're so grateful for him. I want to wish all dads a wonderful day on Sunday. We don't have my dad's earthly presence any longer, but I do believe he is proud that my sister and I are working together to create inspiring, entertaining books for children.
- I won a an autographed copy of: Andy Smithson: Blast of the Dragon's Fury, which was Deb Hockenberry's giveaway on her website,www. Kidztales.com! Such exciting news. Deb gave the book a great review so I'm really looking forward to reading it.
Some great things to celebrate. I'm not seeing my dad on Sunday, he's going fishing, but I am going to bake him a cake :)
ReplyDeleteThank you, Laura! You're so sweet to bake a cake for your dad. I know he'll appreciate it. Have a lovely weekend and thank you for stopping by.

Thank you so much for stopping by and commenting, Meredith. I hope you enjoy the interviews. Both of the ladies are children's authors, but they did a great job on the interview. Happy weekend. I"ll stop by your website later on when I have time.
ReplyDeleteHere's to hoping your car will know when it's nap time and when it's not! Hope you all have a wonderful father's day and otherwise just a grand weekend! Writer’s Mark
ReplyDeleteWe always hope that Margaret has the wisdom to nap at the right time, Nancy. But sometimes she's pretty independent and she takes her naps whenever she wants! D Thanks for stopping by and commenting. Have a great weekend.
