- I've been exercising more: At least I'm trying to spend more time on my exercise machine so we can cheer about that.
- We survived the first measurable snowstorm yesterday. A bigger storm is coming this weekend so we'll see if we can manage two in a row with no problems. The worst thing is when we lose power. It's no fun at all. D
- Got lots accomplished with marketing this week. The website is being created!
- A wonderful, yummy surprise arrived from my dear, talented, author friends, Sarah and Yael. Thank you so much to these amazing ladies.

Mmm yummy surprises are the best! Have a great weekend :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Laura! They really are yummy and were a total surprise for sure. Such a sweet thing to do.
ReplyDeleteWishing you a great weekend too. D
I hope you don't have any problems with the next snow. Losing power can be very scary this time of year.
ReplyDeleteStay safe and enjoy your weekend!
Thank you, Julie. We'll stay inside when it's snowing hard, no worries for you. The latest forecast is 7-12 inches so we'll see what happens.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by and have a great weekend.
I truly hope you don't lose power and that the snow takes it easy on you guys! Also, great job on the exercising and how exciting about your marketing and new website ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Katherine. I hope the snow isn't lots of trouble for you either! Thank you for all the good wishes. I'll bet your little cherubs will want to play in the snow when it comes. D Always fun to hear from you. The website should be ready soon. I'll be sure to let you know.
ReplyDeleteI love that Lazy Elephant book. As to all your other celebrations, they sound perfect. Exercise, surviving the storms and that new website!
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you're exercising more! That's also great news that your website is being developed. I'll look forward to seeing that!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Sherry. I'm working hard on the exercise front and we're excited about the website as well. We should have more news on that next time. Thank you so much for visiting. D
DeleteThank you, C. Lee. Louey is a very cute story by my talented friend, Janice. The other little celebrations seem to be coming together. I'm sure we'll have more updates on them next time. Thank you so much for visiting. Happy weekend!
ReplyDeleteOo.. new website! Hope that's as awesome as it sounds. And brrr! Snow - it looks beautiful when your viewing it from a cozy room. But not so much when you're in it and it's causing mayhem. Hope that blows away soon!

Thank you, Shah! I'd much rather look at it, too, but being out in it is no fun at all. We're hoping it goes somewhere else. We'll see. We should have more website news next week.
DeleteHappy weekend and thank you for stopping by.
I try and exercise regularly, but I am such a lazy person. Congratulations on all that you accomplished this week. You should be really proud. Best of luck with the new snowstorm. I hope you and your family will be safe.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you do much more than you give yourself credit for, Mureees. Thank you for all of your support. I appreciate it more than I can say. We will be careful in the snow so no worries. Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you're exercising. I need to do more because it actually makes us feel better. Have a safe weekend.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Cathina, I'm trying to do better with exercise. I hope you have a lovely weekend, too. We'll be very careful with the snow. I'm ready for Spring, but that happens every year, with the first snowfall! D
ReplyDeleteThank you for stopping by and commenting.
Exercising more is worth celebrating!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Rhonda. Your encouragement will help me to keep improving on the exercise front. Happy weekend and thanks for visiting.
DeleteCongrats on all the achievements and positive steps forward - so much better than looking back :)
ReplyDeletePS: Good luck with the snow storm - that's too much for me :)
Thank you, Mark. So happy you stopped by. I don't blame you with the snowstorms. Every year at this time, I wish for the warm, FL weather we used to have. We're pleased about the positive steps forward and excited about making more of them. D Happy weekend.
ReplyDeleteHere's to getting the inspiration to exercise! I'm celebrating: 1.) living at the beach in California, 2.) finding out my tooth does not have to be pulled--it's a sinus infection!, and 3.) having my YA horror story, Death House, get accepted for publishing (woo hoo!), as well as having my short story, "Christmas After All" released in an anthology called A Touch of Winter. Happy Holidays!

You have some great celebrations, Carole! Good job. Congrats on all of your literary accomplishments! Very exciting indeed.
DeleteWishing you Happy Holidays as well and best wishes for continued success.
Hurrah to exercising more. I've been waylaid by busy-ness and sickness so I need to get back to it myself.
ReplyDeleteHope the snow storms aren't too bad. Well done on the exercising, Deanie.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Suzanne, I'm working on doing even better. The snow is gone now. I think we got about 7 inches. Hope all is well with you. Enjoy your day and thank you for stopping by.
