This week we're celebrating...

Time to celebrate whatever we can today. Be sure to stop by Lexa Cain's blog; LexaCain.blogspot.com to see what everyone has to say.
Here's what we're celebrating this week;

  • We got our grass cut! I'll bet you're thinking that's a silly thing to celebrate, right? Well, our lawn mower Harrison Deere, has been stuck in the repair shop for 3 weeks so our lawn was looking like a hay field with all the rain we had. Someone was supposed to come cut it, but he changed his mind so today we finally got everything done and it looks great. Funny what makes us happy!
  • I interviewed my author friend, Janice Spina so if you haven't read our interview it's posted here. I hope you check it out. Janice's books are wonderful.
That's our list for this week. Have a lovely weekend everyone.

  2. At the point where the grass starts to resemble something out of a jungle, it's time to trim it. :) Have a good weekend.

    1. It was a jungle indeed. We were thinking hiring a goat would sound mildly attractive at that point! :) Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend.

  3. It's the little things that make us the most happy---even a nicely mowed lawn.

  4. I totally get where you're coming from, my grass hasn't been cut in so long because the last time we tried the lawnmower started smoking...we're hopefully getting it cut this weekend :)

  5. When our lawn isn't mowed the whole yard looks messy. So I understand. Have a nice weekend, Deanie!

  6. Ours looked like a hay field Cathrina! Yikes. It might've been a good time for a treasure hunt cause the grass was so tall. :)
    Happy weekend to you too.
