Horseback riding: Should you persevere through setbacks?

What if you’re a little girl who loves horses, but you had a bad experience with a pony? Should you continue horseback riding? Should you give up when things get rocky? Should you persevere through setbacks? Here are my thoughts on it.

First of all, it’s not a good plan to give up on your goals and dreams because you could establish a pattern of giving up when things get a bit rocky. This is not helpful because when you give up you fail to move toward your goal, regardless of what it is. The best way to overcome your fears is to persevere.
