"With Jesus I tell the Truth" is a fine book for young children. In the story you'll meet Macy a little girl who loves having fun with her friends. But what happens when Macy finds a piece of cake on the table? She didn't ask her mom about it. She decided to eat it. Later when Mom asked where the cake went, Macy wasn't truthful. But the little girl learns more about Jesus' teachings and realizes she made a mistake. She confessed to her parents. The story talks about honesty in a way children will understand and relate to. This is an important life lesson for children. I recommend this book highly. The illustrations are engaging and the book is well-written."
