Sending a special thank you to VikLit for starting this lovely blog where we celebrate things that happened during the week. Be sure to stop by her blog and see what everyone else is cheering about. VikLit.blogspot.com.
This week we're cheering about:
- The Fourth of July: Happy Birthday America! We hope all of you have a great day and that you're grateful for our freedoms, which come at a high price.
- Continuing to make slow progress editing my new book: This time it seems to be taking forever, but I'm still creeping along with it.
Being tagged by my dear friend, Janice Spina in her blog jemsbooks.wordpress.com. Janice is getting ready to release her first novel, Hunting Mariah. Congratulations, Janice!
Wishing everyone a wonderful, safe and happy holiday weekend.

Even though progress might be slow, Deanie it is still edging you nearer completion. Happy 4th July to you and the family.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Suzanne, at least creeping is a little better than standing still! D Wishing you a lovely weekend, too. Thanks for visiting.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend, and good luck with your editing :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Laura, I hope you have a wonderful weekend as well and that your writing projects are progressing well.
ReplyDeleteHave a great fourth and keep on plugging! And may it 'catch fire' soon! (The editing, I mean. We already know about the fireworks!)
ReplyDeleteThank you, Diana, I'll do my best not to set the whole thing on fire while we watch the fireworks! Hope you have a great day tomorrow too. Thank you so much for visiting.
ReplyDeleteThank you, CandiLynn, so happy to hear from you. Wishing you a lovely weekend.
ReplyDeleteHey Deanie!! I've missed you. I've been hit and miss over the past month, working back and forth between my two blogs. This is my newest blog which is going to focus more on my life post hemorrhage. It's pretty bare right now because I'm still organizing and creating the pages, posts, and categories.
ReplyDeleteMy lilicasplace blog is still active too; it's going to be a matter of finding the right balance between the two blogs, my novel writing (the first draft which I'm still editing), short stories, and some online MOOCs. Don't think for a moment that I'd forgotten about you.
I hope your 4th of July is wonderful and you get to enjoy it! Keep plugging away at the editing of your book; at least you're moving forward and not stagnant. Hugs to you. Eva
