Celebrate the small things...

Hi everyone, since it's Friday, we can cheer about whatever we want. Be sure to stop by LexaCain.blogspot.com to see what everyone has to say. Here's what we're happy about this week:

  • Very nice sunny weather here and we have a few less weeds in our yard now!
  • 2 of my books are listed on AuthorsDen.com's popular children's book list. That's always exciting for us.

  • My author friend, Gigi Sedlmayer, won an award for her book Talon, Come Fly With Me.

  • It's a great book, which I highly recommennd!
    • Our Subaru gave us  a scare when his check engine light went on! You may remember we name all of our cars and his name is Carl. Thankfully, my husband found the problem and fixed it. Hooray! He's an absolute genius with cars!

      Thank you M.R. R. We are very pleased Carl is okay. He has high mileage, but Subarus are very reliable. We love him, especially in the winter. He never gets stuck. Thanks for you good wishes.
