animal stories: Happiness

Do you love reading or writing animal stories for kids? Nearly every child loves animals, especially the cute ones. You’ve probably heard of therapy dogs. But have you ever heard of a therapy police pony? The new therapy police pony named Honor is creating quite a sensation. He’s just two feet tall and he’s in training as a therapy police pony. At only 95 lbs. he’s the perfect size for children to cuddle and adore. He loves to visit disabled children
Right now he’s learning to walk in and out of buildings and visiting special needs children. One little disabled girl he visited, said, “I love him so much.”  I”ll bet she’ll remember Honor’s visit for a long time. His job is to show people how much he cares. He’s a miniature police horse with a beautiful heart., full of love and cuteness to share with children. He dresses up in a special blue and gold police “jacket” for his important visits to children. Honor is part of a group called “The Gentle Carousel Miniature Therapy Horses.” This group was founded in memory of a fallen police officer.
Even though Honor hasn’t completed his training, he’s already lifted the spirits of families from the tragedy of Sandy Hook, for example. I think he’ll be an amazing “good will ambassador,” sure to inspire everyone he meets. What do you think?
