Celebrate the Small Things...

It's Friday again so we can all celebrate whatever we like.  Please be sure to stop by LexaCain.blogspot.com to check out what everyone is cheering about.
Here's what we're happy about this week:

  • I managed to find some of the Olympic Equestrian events on TV. It's annoying because they often don't broadcast them when they're scheduled. But it's been fun I like swimming, diving, track and field too. What about you?
  • We'll see my brother in law this weekend. We haven't seen him in several years because he lives far from us. One of our sons is coming too.
  • Just reviewed another great book by my friend, Janice Spina. It's called
  • New book promotion posted by Lori Carlson/Rayvne Hawke. Thank you. Lori. You can visti the promotion for Charlie the Horse here;

  5. So funny you mention the equestrian events as I'm watching some right now (the jumping). Apparently, Egypt and several Middle Eastern countries have entries, so they show them. Unluckily, they have no entries in gymnastics or swimming so I can't watch those. But I like the equestrians too! That MG book looks adorable!

    1. Yes, I've seen middle eastern riders in equestrian events. You probably get more coverage than we do. Too bad you can't see the gymnastics or swimming. They're really exciting. Thanks for stopping by.Hope you're enjoying the weekend.

    1. Hi Cathrina,
      I hope you have a fun weekend too. It's hard to find the equestrian stuff and so annoying they don't broadcast it when they schedule it. But it's fun if you can find it.

  7. I enjoy the equestrian events, too, but they weren't broadcast when I was watching so I'm not sure when they were on. I'm going to try to find a rebroadcast online somewhere. Hope you're having a wonderful visit with your brother-in-law and son!

  8. Thanks Lori. I know what you mean about the equestrian events.It's hard to find them because they never gave a definite time for them and sometimes I'd find them by accident. We did have fun yesterday with our guests. Hope you had a fun weekend, too.
