Looking for the Secret to Success? My thoughts on it..

This is my Thrill of it All Blogfest entry because when you know that your dreams can be realized by persevering, all doors open to you; All dreams are possible. Nothing is beyond your grasp. This essay was included in the book, The I Word, available on Kindle.

Looking for a Secret to Success? Never Give Up!
If you want to accomplish amazing things in your life, never give up on your dreams. As a child, that's the advice my parents offered. I was raised at a riding school so it's not surprising that my passion was horses and riding. My dad was my hero. He decided to teach me to ride after doctors declared I'd never walk. Giving up on riding was not an option, even when I'd fall off multiple times a day. I clung to the vision of becoming a champion equestrian and was able to realize that dream, because I refused to abandon it.

  4. Thank you so much. I never feel that I've done anything extraordinary. Instead, that anything is possible to those who choose to persevere. I was also blessed to have an extremely gifted horse, who was a huge part of our success. The whole journey will be told in the revised second edition of Tails of Sweetbrier.
