Insecure writer's group

Hi Everyone,
I hope you're having a great week. You probably know that members of this group, write about their insecurities on the first Wednesday of the month. The group is founded by Alex J. Cavanaugh and we're all grateful to him for all he's done.
This month's question is what is your favorite aspect of  being a  writer?

I love coming up with new ideas, which is not always easy. But once that part is done, it's a big obstacle overcome. Once I get an idea for a new story, the next challenge is making sure the story is entertaining. Also, I love incorporating valuable, character-building lessons in the stories. The tricky part is letting the readers discover the important nuggets for themselves, or at least, pondering about what important things they would like to remember. Most of the time, my stories are narrated by the animal characters. But we have a new story coming out where the main character is a little lawn tractor. It's a  new adventure for us because it's our first picture book. My sister is working on the illustrations now. We're looking forward to the new book.
