This week we're celebrating...

It's Friday again so we find things to celebrate, thanks to Lexa Cain for continuing this blog.
Be sure to stop by to see what everyone is cheering about this week: LexaCain.blogspot.com.
Here's what we're cheering about this week:.

  • Taxes are done, thanks to our marvelous accountant, and we got a refund!
  • Most of the snow melted but more is coming tomorrow. We'll celebrate the snow that's gone; not the snow that's coming! :)
  • Tomorrow is the first day of Spring, but the weather forces don't know it yet!
  • We'll celebrate all of you who are so kind to stop by my blog when you can. I salute you!
  • St. Patrick's Day! We had 2 little celebrations with corned beef, cabbage, boiled potatoes, carrots, and Irish Soda Bread! If you celebrated, I hope you had fun.

  1. OMG you've got the taxes done already. I'm--just--now--starting--to--think--about--it. Hate taxes. Have a good weekend.

  2. It's only because all I have to do is gather the info for our accountant, Marilyn. I could never actually figure them out myself! Math is not my strong area.:) Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend.

  5. I still need to do my taxes. I procrastinate terribly. Happy Spring! Now if it would just start to feel like spring... We have quite a bit of snow left on the ground. Enjoy your weekend!

  6. Thank you, Lori. We all hope the weather warms up. Snow is just no fun after a while. I'm not a big fan of winter. But Spring will be here sometime so we'll keep thinking of that. :)

  7. We're in the rainy season here; can't complain, as it preps the ground for the garden. Refunds are always welcome! That's some St. Pat's meal (smile).
    Cheers, Deanie!

  14. Getting a tax refund is definitely something to celebrate. I end up having to pay more every year….

  15. That's too bad, Kate. Tax time is always stressful and having to pay taxes makes it worse for sure. Hope you have a good weekend with fun celebrations.
