This week we're celebrating...

It's Friday again so it's time to celebrate whatever we can. Be sure to stop by LexaCain.blogspot.com to check out what everyone is happy about.
Here's what we're celebrating this week..

  • Nice weather: We had some nice sunny weather lately. It's always a little easier to have a cheerful day when the weather is nice.
  • More work done on editing. It's been a slow process, but at least we're inching along.
  • Chris Graham, the Story Reading Ape, posted a guest blog of mine. If you'd like to check it out please visit: http://thestoryreadingapeblog.com/2015/09/16/conflict-exactly-what-is-that-guest-post/

  • One of our sons is enjoying his business trip in TX.
Thanks for stopping by. Hope you have a great weekend.

    1. I know how you feel, Shah. After looking at the story so often, I don't see the mistakes, yikes. It gets so annoying sometimes. But I guess with practice, it will get better.

    1. HI Claudia, I feel like I'll be editing for the rest of my life! It's no annoying when I miss things. If I ever get done, I'll really have something to celebrate. Maybe we'll have a new national holiday.

    1. Thank you Cathrina. I love hearing from you. I agree about editing. You'd think by now (after 5 books) I'd be better at it. Oh well,
My sister and brother in-law spent lots of time in TX. They liked it there.

  4. Yay for nice weather and the editing you've accomplished! I'm glad your son's having a good time in TX. I really enjoyed the guest post about conflict. That goes for any story, not just for kids ones, and you explained it all perfectly!

    1. Hi Lexa, so glad you're feeling better. I missed you. You're right, I should have explained that any story needs conflict, but I'm very glad you liked it and thank you for checking it out. Hope you have a great week.
